Wooden Nickels

We aim to keep our patients motivated and excited about their treatment. Our Wooden Nickles program rewards our patients for their cooperation.

How to collect Wooden Nickels:

  • Brushing: One Nickel for a grade of B or better.
  • Braces: Two Nickels are given if none of your braces are loose.
  • Head Gear: One Nickel is awarded if you have brought your head gear to your appointment and it is being worn as prescribed by our doctors.
  • Head Gear Chart: One Nickel is given if you bring in a Head Gear Chart.
  • Elastics: One nickel is given if the proper elastics are in place.
  • Appointment: One nickel is awarded if you maintain your scheduled appointment and arrive on time.

Our wooden nickels can be redeemed for a variety of gift cards, sporting event
admissions, movie tickets, restaurant gift certificates and amusement park
passes.
