Wooden Nickels
We aim to keep our patients motivated and excited about their treatment. Our Wooden Nickles program rewards our patients for their cooperation.
How to collect Wooden Nickels:
- Brushing: One Nickel for a grade of B or better.
- Braces: Two Nickels are given if none of your braces are loose.
- Head Gear: One Nickel is awarded if you have brought your head gear to your appointment and it is being worn as prescribed by our doctors.
- Head Gear Chart: One Nickel is given if you bring in a Head Gear Chart.
- Elastics: One nickel is given if the proper elastics are in place.
- Appointment: One nickel is awarded if you maintain your scheduled appointment and arrive on time.
Our wooden nickels can be redeemed for a variety of gift cards, sporting event admissions, movie tickets, restaurant gift certificates and amusement park passes.
Brace Bus
In an effort to better meet our patients’ needs, we will be providing a transportation service for our patients. This service will provide transportation to and from our office for you and your child. There is no charge for using this service; however, a release form must be signed prior to your first need to utilize this transportation.
To utilize this service, please contact the office. We hope this service will assist our working parents, as well as our families with conflicting schedules. We are always trying to improve our service to you. Please feel free to give us your ideas and suggestions.
